Ruben did a wonderful job inspecting the home we have under contract! He arrived 15 minutes early. We had the full inspection done with sewer scope and radon testing. He was incredibly detailed and thorough in the report. He pointed out even the smallest of items that required attention. Ruben answered all questions I had and was very professional. I’d highly recommend him!

You guys were amazing! Thank you so much. Had a radon inspection machine installed. I was unaware of a small leak coming from my fridge. During the install, they noticed it. Turned off my main water and investigated where it was coming from. Just nice of them to look out for something that wasn’t on there scope of work.
